Hospitality agreement
1. Booking and confirmation process
All requests for a stay are subject to availability. The villa is marketed with the authorisation of its owner, so dates depend on the property's own calendar.
A booking will only be considered firm once payment of the corresponding booking deposit has been confirmed and Kalixto Le Roy has issued its confirmation.
2. Payment terms
- Booking deposit: to hold the dates, a payment of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required at the time of booking.
- Final payment: the remaining balance must be settled 15 days before the arrival date.
- Damage deposit: a refundable deposit of €500 may be required to cover any extraordinary damage; it will be returned in full following the check-out inspection.
3. Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. However, given the nature of the booking, the following conditions apply:
- More than 30 days in advance: full refund of the booking deposit, less 5% for administrative costs.
- Between 15 and 30 days in advance: 50% of the booking deposit paid will be retained.
- Less than 15 days in advance, or no-show: no refund of the booking amount will be made.
4. Associated services (chauffeur, valet and gastronomy)
The services included in the booking are designed for the number of guests stated in it. Any variation must be notified in advance.
Changes to private transport schedules must be notified at least 12 hours in advance in order to be guaranteed.
5. Villa rules
- Privacy and use: commercial events, professional photo shoots without authorisation and access by persons not registered in the booking are prohibited, in order to protect the privacy of the property and its surroundings.
- Care of the property: the client undertakes to treat the villa and its furnishings with the same respect with which they are welcomed.
- Guest registration: in accordance with accommodation regulations, identity details must be provided for all guests staying at the property.
6. Acceptance
Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this agreement, as well as of the legal notice and the privacy policy of this website.
