1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or your activity, for various purposes.

2. Cookies used on this website
Following the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, we set out precisely what is used on this site:
- First-party cookies: none. This site does not place its own technical cookies on your device.
- Local storage for your consent. We store in your browser only the choice you make in the cookie notice (which categories you accept, and when), so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit. This information is not sent to any server and is essential in order to respect your choice, so it does not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4. These allow us to know how many people visit the site and how they use it, in aggregate form, so that we can improve it. They are only activated if you accept them.
- Advertising cookies — Google Ads. These allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and correctly attribute the enquiries that come from them. They are only activated if you accept them.
Until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies remain disabled by default.
3. OpenStreetMap maps
On each villa page we show its approximate area on an OpenStreetMap map. That map is not loaded up front: instead you see a box with a button and, only if you press it, your browser requests the map from the OpenStreetMap Foundation servers.
This map sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. What does happen when it loads is that your IP address reaches those servers, as with any connection to a third-party site, since without it the map cannot technically be delivered to you. Until you press the button, this website makes no request to OpenStreetMap.

4. How to change or withdraw your choice
You may change your decision at any time, and as easily as you gave it, via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page on this site.
You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Since this site does not rely on first-party cookies in order to work, doing so will not affect your browsing.
5. Consent
The first time you visit this site, a notice is displayed where you can accept, reject or configure the use of analytics and advertising cookies by category. None of them is activated before you decide, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting them.
6. International transfers
